Please note that until you confirm during checkout the country to which your order is to be delivered, the website will show costs relating to delivery within the country in which you are located. Depending on your location you will either be charged in pounds or euros based on the zones below.
- Zone 1 - Delivery within United Kingdom and Ireland: £15/€15 (Free delivery on orders over £100/€100)
- Zone 2 - Delivery within Europe: £30/€30 (Free delivery on orders over £250/€250)

Orders placed through the Waterford.co.uk website are fulfilled from the Republic of Ireland. Deliveries within the EU are subject to Irish VAT, currently set at 21%. The recipient is responsible for all duties, sales taxes and any other local charges.
* Some very large or heavy orders to certain countries may attract additional shipping charges in certain circumstances. In these circumstances we will contact you with regards to your order.
Delivery times
All orders will be despatched from Waterford, Ireland, using fast and cost-effective methods, ensuring the efficient delivery of your order. From despatch we aim to deliver within 5-10 working days for UK, Ireland and European orders and between 2 - 3 weeks for USA and rest of world orders.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to a PO BOX address or secure home delivery boxes at this time.

If you do not wish to keep the items you have purchased you can return your order to us within 7 days in the condition in which it arrived and we can then issue you a full refund for your item/order (Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item and we cannot issue refunds for earrings).
If your item is received damaged or faulty then we will issue a replacement product free of charge.
