INGREDIENTS

1 ½ shots of gin
Tonic water to your taste
1 lime wedge

A Sprig of rosemary and plenty of ice

Pour gin into an ice-filled Lismore Diamond Hi-Ball glass. Top with tonic and stir. Garnish with a wedge of lime and sprig of rosemary.

Strawberries

Keep it simple, buy your favourite champagne pour into a flute and garnish with strawberries.

INGREDIENTS

2 shots of bourbon
Splash of angostura bitters
1 sugar cube
Soda to your preference
Twist of orange

Place the sugar cube in a Mara tumbler glass. Add a splash of angostura bitters and soda. Crush the sugar and add ice. Pour over the bourbon and garnish with a twist of orange.

SERVED: on the rocks

2 shots of lime juice
Salt or sugar to rim the glass and a wedge of lime

Pour all the ingredients into an iced shaker. Shake well. Strain into a chilled Lismore Diamond tumbler, rim the glass with salt or sugar and garnish with a wedge of lime.
